Refunds and Exchanges
We guarantee a full money back refund on Jewellery items without questions if you are dissatisfied in any way prior to the product being opened with the exception of earrings due to hygiene issues we cannot offer refund on earrings. (Notification by email within 7 days of receipt and returned within 14 days, please). We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used.
In the case of skincare, or colour in terms of makeup. If there is any defect or fault in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for a refund or exchange at that time. Refund or exchange is only available in the rare event of a skin reaction once using the Grace Cosmetic’s skin care or makeup. You must notify Grace & Style by email with a photograph of the skin problem prior to returning the product within 14 days. The postage and packing cost of any refunds or exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery terms – The majority of our items are shipped within 48 hours of payment being confirmed except in the case of handmade jewellery items it may take up to 5 working days. Should there be an issue with your order, we will contact to by telephone or email to discuss.
At this time Grace & Style only ships with in Australia through Australia Post and flat rates of postage are charged. The items are packed securely with bubble wrap and were possible biodegradable packing materials.
All parcels are sent by Regular Parcel Post unless otherwise requested therefore Grace & Style is NOT liable for loss/damage to uninsured or unregistered articles and NO refund/exchange will be given. Registration of your parcel within Australia is optional and is an additional $2.70 per parcel. Insurance is also optional and is charged at a rate of $1.25/$100 value of parcel. Average delivery time is 3-5 working days
Payment details – We accept Visa and MasterCard, money order or EFT but items will not be posted until payment is confirmed. Please contact us for details for EFT.
