-A Deposit will confirm your wedding date with us. Until this is received, the date is available for other brides to book. The Deposit of 20% (or requested amount) and is non-refundable within 5 months of wedding booking. If your wedding date changes, we will do our best to accommodate the change but if the date not available, your deposit is non-refundable.

Any Deposit Refunds made will be less a $50 -$100 admin fee depending on time spent on the booking. 

 

-To eliminate stress and hassle of handling money on the wedding day, your balance (less the deposit) is due 2 weeks prior (unless otherwise arranged) via direct debit or Credit Card.  Any extra hair or makeups on the day can pay via cash or CC and any drop in numbers will not be refunded. 

 

-Confirmation of final numbers is required 8 weeks before the wedding. 

Because your stylists have allocated the time for your big day, decrease of numbers will not be accepted within 8 weeks of your booking. If services decrease the full Invoice amount is still payable. We will do our best to accommodate any additional hair and makeup on the day, but it is best to have all numbers organised in advance as it can require another stylist.

 

Timing On The Day

 

Makeup - we like to allow 40- 45 minutes for traditional or airbrush makeup with application of false eyelashes.

Hair - Blow-dries are about 20 minutes

Medium to long hairstyling is between half an hour and 45 minutes per person for bridesmaids, and upto1 hour for the bride. 

 

-Our timing is always a precise balance of allowing enough time for your 

wedding morning, a relaxed experience for everyone and to be ready on time.

Long delays in arrival of clients may result in an additional charge, if it affects the scheduled finish time of the booking.

 

 

We are available for full day hair/makeup service if you require change of hair style and makeup looks. POA
